These people are feeding the rodent's in the neighborhood. Rats and squirrels go over there and grab the peanuts and come over to my house and my neighbors house behind me. We had a neighbor take down a shed and it was infested with rats. Now my neighbor and I are having nothing but rat problems. These people feeding them is not helping one bit. These people are renting this house that is not a registered rental home in the Roseville. They leave full garbage bags on the ground and don't take care of a thing.
