Hello, our neighbor's (address given) dog is constantly getting out and pooping in our front yard. They usually do it in the same spot. We are at 26804 Groveland, and the neighbor with the dogs is one house directly north of us. We have never had a problem with dog waste in our yard until they moved in a year or so ago, and now it is a constant problem. Their dog is constantly getting out, whether it's from their poorly blocked back fence, or the animals getting out of their front door. We would like them to keep their animals out of our yard and prevent their animals from pooping in our yard, and if they do, they should be picking it up. I'm not sure if they pick it up in their own yard or not.
