This residence is once again a blighted mess. Soiled mattresses have been stacked next to the home for over a week. The garage door has fallen off the track and into the garage. And the corner of their property has been turned into a rutted up mud pit due to the tow truck that has again been parked on the property every night for several weeks. The tire tracks have created a mud covered side walk.
