City of Roseville, MI assigned this issue to Roseville Department of Public Services

This storm catch basin is on a list to be repaired and the cone is to keep people off it until the proper repairs are performed. There is a large list of storm structures needing repair throughout the city and repairs are scheduled according to seriousness of repairs needed. The repair crew is working the way through the list but they have other duties also and don't work on storm structures everyday. Thank you for your continued patience.
