It is other Roseville police departments responsibility to stop this. I think the police think because it’s so early in the morning that I ain’t gonna hurt anybody but I think they should sit out there and catch the guy and give them a ticket. That’s ridiculous.!

Is it not a yield sign like the rest of the corners? Not trying to give an excuse. Or say it shouldn’t be checked on.
