Their trash cans are by my house window even though it is on their driveway. The trash cans are not at the rear of house. There is chemical smells and rotten food smells that come into my house with or without the window open. They also put the trash cans on the grass up against my house sometimes and move it later on. Their trash cans are not in the rear of the property.
