My neighbor passed away unfortunately. I don't know who maintains the house. The grass is getting no attention and I have fixed several small issues to ensure my property is protected. I just feel that it's the responsibility of whoever currently "owns" the house, maintain it so it doesn't fall into disrepair. Thank you for your attention to this matter
