Portable junky basketball rim laying on the ground next to the garage and front of the house @ 27240 woodmont, hasn't been moved or thrown out on weeks. Not only a eyesore, BUT, a accident waiting to happen. Can i please have a code enforcement officer come out and flag. Thank you!
