Roseville Building and Code assigned this issue to Roseville Police Command

I appreciate that the situation has been assigned, but it is now January 10th and the issue still exists. This continues to be a daily issue for the past two years! How much longer will the city allow a towing company to be operated out of a residential property?

I’m not sure why this was closed. The tow truck has remained parked at this residence everyday since I’ve first posted it. If the resident of this home is being allowed to operate a towing business out of a residential property, I would like to know why. If this is a question better suited for a city council meeting, I will can inquire there as well.

This matter has been closed by the Roseville Police Department, thank you for reporting this issue. Our officers will continue to check the address and issue citaitons for a parking violation. We do not have the ability to tow this vehilce for a parking violation. The police department can not prevent this individual from parking this vehilce in his driveway. Regarding the indivdual running a business out of a home, this is not a police department issue.
