The tow truck that has been parked at this property for the majority of two years is back.yet again. It will be gone for a very short while whenever the city addresses the problem, but then it returns for weeks or months on end. How much longer do we need to deal with this before a permanent solution is put in place? The previous attempts to resolve the problem have failed. ..
